HONDURAS: FREE FLIGHT

"Best Environmental Documentary" - Movie Screen Pro Film Festival

"Awards of Merit: Directing & Cinematography" - Southern Shorts

"Highly Recommended. You will be inspired and motivated by this  outstanding film that showcases the need for conservation in developing  countries and how indigenous people are trying to save their culture." - Gail Koelin, Co-Director, One Earth Conservation

Anyone who has had the privilege to view a scarlet Macaw in the wild would instantly understand why Honduras is proud to indentify this  beautiful creature as its national bird, which is symbolic of the country's indigenous people's attempts to preserve its wildlife and natural resources. Showcasing conservation efforts by numerous environmental groups - including the U.N. Development Fund, Lefeber Conservation and Wildlife, One Earth Conservation and Ministry, and Born  Free - this inspiring documentary's goal is to raise awareness to the struggles the government and the Miskito people face in confronting land-grabbers and poachers intent on destroying their wildlife and natural habitats.
